Hi Lorie, According to my grandmother, Pauline Leier Haman, Catherine Leier was her sister and Catherine did marry Clemens Gross. However, Pauline and Catherine Leier's parents were Christian and Christina GEREIN. Christian was married three times. First to my great grandmother Christina Gerein. After she died he again married, 1st to Magdalena Ziegler and after her death to Elisabeth Silbernagel. Other children of Christian and Christina were: Franziska b.1874 married to John Ripplinger, Anna Maria b. 1875, Marianna b. 1877 married to Joseph Zacher; Joseph b. 1881 married to Caroline Gross and then Clara Gross; Catherine b. 1884 married to Clemens Gross; Johann b. 1886 Michael b. 1888 married to Brigetta Ganzi, Barbara Binfet, and Johanna Kiefer and then my grandma Pauline b. 1890 married to Wendelin Haman.
